Proven work experience as a Team Leader or in a similar role.

Description


Job Purpose:

The Team Leader is responsible for guiding, instructing, and motivating the team to provide excellent service and ensure smooth daily operations. They will lead by example, ensuring that all guests receive outstanding service and that the team works efficiently to meet sales goals. The Team Leader will also handle staff training, inventory management, and resolving customer issues when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure guests feel welcome and receive friendly, prompt service.

Handle guest issues in the absence of a supervisor or manager.

Train and supervise team members to maintain service standards.

Oversee inventory, ensuring stock levels are maintained and recorded.

Assist with daily operations, ensuring the team meets performance expectations.
